Many clubs would like to recruit more younger members.* This website section is designed to support clubs in recruiting and retaining young people aged 12 and up.

* In a club survey in 2023, 6% of clubs told us they wanted to recruit more 6-9 year olds, 13% more 10-12s and 41% more 13-17 year olds. In response, this section focuses on 12 years and up, where there is greater intention from clubs and because young people can do the full Ocean Diver course from age 12.
