Use MyBSAC to keep track of your club's membership, which includes generating reports about your members. Here's how:
Switch in to the 'Club' view using the toggle function, top right.
Scroll down to the menu on the left-hand side, and expand the item 'Finance Admin'. You then have multiple options:
- Revenue Report - choose a date range and click 'Download report' to view a CSV of transactions
- Stripe - set up Stripe for your club and collect DD payments
- Stripe Disputes - summary of any disputed DD payments
- Invoice - summary of Invoice Merchants
- Chart of Accounts - track transactions and tax payable for club accounts
- Chart of Class Codes - manage payments using the Class Codes
- Discount Codes - overview of discount codes
- Discount Code Tags - create a code to offer members a discount
