The MyBSAC self-service platform is being updated during 2025 with new features and functions to make the digital membership journey easier.

Built-in search

Search buttonThe Sport:80 platform has a built-in intelligent search feature, enabling users to locate events, clubs, support articles, and more - in seconds. Use keywords for live search results, as you type. Once logged in to the platform, click on the 'Search' icon at the top of every page.

Member functions

Club Officer functions

Register a new member Added to the system by HQ Arrow Log in to MyBSAC and add the new member.

Switch to Direct membership Contact HQ Arrow Log in to MyBSAC and transfer the member.
Join an additional club Contact HQ Arrow Log in to MyBSAC and transfer the member.
Transfer to another club Contact HQ Arrow Log in to MyBSAC and transfer the member.
Renewal and statement information Sent by email from HQ Arrow Create smart list: view, email or download the smart list or set up triggered emails for renewing members on custom date ranges.
Direct Debits Monies collected centrally and reimbursed within about 10 working days Arrow Branch Levy system will be similar at first, BSAC HQ will collect monies on behalf of clubs and reimburse them; longer term, clubs will be able to set up their own Stripe accounts and monies will be paid directly into their accounts (more quickly).

Use MyBSAC to search for members of the club. Club Officers have a dashboard, which can display information such as:

  • New members year on year for last 3 years
  • Total members year on year for last 3 years
  • Training levels i.e how many in training, Ocean Diver, Sports Diver etc
  • How many adult, student, junior and snorkel members
  • Plus much more.

MyBSAC includes digital cards which can be added to a smartphone wallet and used to prove qualifications.

If members still want a physical card, they can order one for a small cost through the BSAC shop. 

The digital card has a QR code for viewing additional information about qualifications.
