Promo material for Freshers Fairs
Every year, we send our university clubs Freshers packs with print marketing materials, magazines and more. We'll contact your club's committee to arrange those being sent out to your club.
Additional promo material
In addition (as other BSAC clubs) promotional materials are available to order via the BSAC Shop (Branch Officers only, you'll need to be logged in to MyBSAC). These won't be uni club specific but could be useful.

Video one - 'New to uni? looking for adventure'
New for 2025 is a Freshers video available in three aspect ratios:
- Square 1080 x 1350 pixels - use on Instagram embed | download (259mb)

- Landscape 1920 x 1080 pixels - use embedded in websites or on Facebook feeds embed | download (293mb)

Video two - 'Want the most fun at uni?'
With the help of Edinburgh University Sub-Aqua Club and Loughborough Students' Union Sub-Aqua Club, we have been able to put together two videos for promotional use during Freshers.
One is landscape-oriented and around 60 seconds long - this is ideal as an introduction for a Freshers event. The other is optimised for social media in a square format and just 20 seconds long.
