Order club promotional materials

You can order BSAC promotional materials through the BSAC shop.

Only Branch Officers can access, order and download promotional materials such as Try Dive packs, Scuba Refresher packs, posters and flyers and customisable materials.

Ensure you are logged into MyBSAC and then visit the BSAC shop and click on the 'Promotional Materials' category (it should be one of the last blocks on the home page).

Postage

UK postage is free for 'stock' items and materials - if your items are being delivered to a UK address please select ‘RM 2nd Class Tracked & Signed’ option when ordering free items. They will be delivered within 2-3 working days with tracking. This means the package requires a signature upon delivery. Other delivery options cost the organisation quite a bit more.
Overseas postage costs will apply for 'stock' items and materials
UK and overseas postage will be charged for customised printed items and materials
Small packages (under 2kg) are sent 2nd class Royal Mail so you can expect them 2-3 working days after printing
Larger items (over 2kg) are usually sent via courier within 1-2 working days
Example: if you order free 'stock' promotional posters AND a Sports Diver pack you will only pay delivery for the Sports Diver pack

Timings

Stock items are usually quick to print so turnaround time is around 1-2 working days.
Customised and bespoke products, like banners and clothing, can take up to 10 working days.

Sailflags to buy or loan

Clubs can loan BSAC-branded 4.2m high sailflags for use at outdoor or other events. Alternatively, sailflags of various heights can be purchased at cost price. These are available in the 'Promotional materials' part of the shop.
