BSAC has introduced its new MyBSAC platform, which gives members a fully digital experience and empowers them to manage their membership and training online.

Powered by membership software provider Sport 80, the new platform replaces many of the previous MyBSAC functions accessed through the website and BSAC app – and provides additional functionality for members, Club Officers, instructors and Centres.

MyBSAC MyBSAC guide

Mary Tetley, BSAC CEO said:

It’s a new dawn for our organisation! The launch of our member platform is part of BSAC’s ongoing strategic development of our membership services.
I hope you will all enjoy using the self-service MyBSAC platform, which gives you control of your membership, access to your qualifications and training, and enables our instructors, clubs and centres to manage diver training more effectively.
It has taken time and effort from staff and BSAC volunteers to get the new MyBSAC over the line. Members know how complex some of BSAC’s legacy processes are, so we now move into a period of ‘Beta testing’ while bugs are fixed and data errors are corrected.
We kindly ask that members are patient while these issues are resolved, and work with the head office team to bed in the new MyBSAC platform, and familiarise yourselves with what it can do for you and club members.
We are here to support you all the way and understand that it will take us all time to work with the new platform.  Enjoy! There are some great new functions available.

How to access MyBSAC

Sport 80 will email all members directly, inviting them to visit MyBSAC. Existing members can log in to the platform using the email address linked to their membership, and for security reasons will need to set a new password. A guide and FAQs are also available, plus some videos explaining the main functions.

If members have issues using the platform, they can contact support@bsac.com or use the helpdesk function located in the Sport 80 Knowledge Base.
