Ensure your club's committee information is kept up to date using MyBSAC. Here's how:
Only Club Officers are able to update roles within the club.
First, make sure you are switched in to your club profile within the platform.
On the left-hand menu, search for the relevant member - in the list of members, click on their profile.
You are presented with a second sub-menu on the left. The second item on the list under 'Profile' is Roles. Click on this.
Towards the top right, is a blue button '+ Add Role'.
Click on this and choose the role - depending on selection, you may be asked to provide proof of documentation.
Complete the change and save. Under the club profile they should now show under the list of members with 'Active roles'.
Note: you can also follow this process to amend a club role.
Remove a club role
To remove a role from a member. Search for the member, click on 'Roles' for them - under 'Actions' click the three dots and choose 'Delete'.
