The BSAC marketing hub is your new way of ordering BSAC promotional materials.
All clubs can order and download BSAC promotional materials such as Try Dive packs, posters and flyers, customisable materials and other new items. BSAC clubs now have access to the best range of materials they have ever had. How do we access the marketing hub?
BSAC clubs have already been sent marketing hub access and login details (sent to chair or branch contact - the username starts with bsac.* and your temporary password starts with B*).
If your club hasn’t received login details or has lost them not to worry. Please email BSAC marketing support or call us on 0151 350 6224 and we’ll send you login details and support you in using the marketing hub.
The BSAC marketing hub is designed to be really easy to use, you can:
- design a free banner with your clubs details on - download the how to order a free banner guide
- order free Try Dive and Experience Snorkel packs and club admin items
- create and download artwork
- order free stock promotional materials
- get your items sent to your chosen address
And when it comes to reordering because you have saved your orders and addresses, it's super quick.
Like any new system, we expect there to feedback from users so please email us with any feedback, suggestions or ideas for products you would like to see on the hub.
What does the marketing hub look like?
When you first log in to the marketing hub you will see 'Your categories', simply click and explore the hub.
Small packages (under 2kg) are sent 2nd class Royal Mail so you can expect them 2 – 3 working days after printing.
Larger items (over 2kg) are usually sent via courier within 1 – 2 working days.
Stock items are usually really quick to print so turnaround time is around 1 – 2 working days.
Customised and bespoke products, like banners and clothing, can take up to 15 working days.

There will be some larger products, like banners, that will be checked by the team at BSAC - if there is an error on your product they will contact you and ask you to resubmit your artwork (correct and order again). This is to avoid printing products with incorrect or missing contact information.
