Diving is the primary purpose of South China Diving Club, so the membership fees are used to subsidise the diving activities. This allows us to dive most weekends and yet keep the boat fees down to a minimum.
We dive from well-equipped junks, which are large, comfortable boats with plenty of room to spread out and relax, and we also dive from small boats used to reach more inaccessible locations. Each boat has a First Aid kit and an Oxygen kit in case of emergencies. We have been using the same boatmen for a number of years, and they are comfortable working with divers and very competent.
