Every student must have their own copy of the student training pack which contains a URN (Unique Reference Number). e-Passes will be issued in members MyBSAC area.
The Diving Officer of the Branch should award the diver grade. The other qualifications are approved by the relevant qualified BSAC instructor.
As the Diving Officer/instructor, please enter the students Unique Reference Number (URN) for newer packs this is the same as the purchase number.
The URN can ONLY be used once to apply for the e-pass for that specific course. REMEMBER you can only have 1 x course to 1 x Unique Reference Number (URN).
Please take a passport-style headshot of the student and attach the image to their form area. Once you have completed the student areas as the instructor please add your name, instructor number and BSAC membership number at the foot of the form to verify they have completed their course.
After validation checks, the qualification will normally appear on the member record within the next 2 working days; the e-pass will be available in the members MyBSAC. If you are applying for more than one student please fill out this form again.
