Diving Safety

Safety FirstThis section of advice and guidance is designed to gather together the wealth of safety advice and to promote and develop 'best practice' for divers regardless of affiliation or location throughout the world. The key aim for this area is to place the emphasis on prevention rather than resolution of incidents.

Introduction
BSAC is the Governing Body for scuba diving and snorkelling in the UK and takes the safety of all divers very seriously.

The aim is for each element of advice to be developed into further detail to provide as full a picture as possible so that each diver can set their own depth of knowledge requirements.

Any suggestions for further items for inclusion would be welcome and can be made to divesafe@bsac.com
