TO AVOID DELAYS
- Please quote your membership number. You must be logged in as a member to receive members prices.
- Do we have your correct name & address, postcode, telephone number and email address? If not please amend them.
- Please be precise about where you would like your order left if you are out (ie in the Garage). To enable security of your goods, we are unable to leave parcels outside your front door or anywhere visible or insecure. Orders can be delivered to an alternative address, ie work or left with a neighbour.
- A Minimum order value of £5.00 is in place on our website.
- Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
- Qualification Cards are sent to a third party for processing and they send the cards directly to you. Any queries please contact Rachel on 0151 350 6255
- We have now set up our website to accept orders from BFPO addresses and the postal prices will include the rates outlined below. See "Forces Parcel Post".

POST AND PACKING INFORMATION.

The Postage and Packing is now worked out by the using the total weight of the order. The cost is automatically added to your order. However, if you live outside the UK, we will contact you with the postage costs before sending the order.
For Parcels being sent to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands, please contact customer service on 0151 350 6202 for a quote.
Forces Parcel Post.If you use a BFPO address and your order weighs more than 4 kilos, you will incur extra postage charges, please see below. These charges are now included online if you order from a BFPO address.
From the 02/08/10 the BFPO Receipts office will only be open to receive parcels on Monday-Thursday 0700-1415pm and Friday 07:00-1200.
All orders over 4kg that are received with the postcode HA4 6DQ in the address will not be sent until the correct postage and packing has been paid.
The rates below do not include the cost of sending the parcel to Commercial Receipts Office, Ruislip.
For parcel orders weighing between 4-10Kg the extra charge will be £6.00
For parcel orders weighing between 10-20Kg the extra charge will be £8.00
and for parcels weighing between 20-30Kg the extra charge will be £12.00
Parcels weighing beween 0-7kg will be sent to the British Forces Post Office by Royal Mail
Parcels weighing between 7-30kg will be sent to the British Forces Post Office by Citylink Courier
TERMS OF BUSINESS.
- All orders will be sent once payment has been authorised. Payment can be made by debit or credit card. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
- Overseas orders will be sent by Airmail, in which case the additional costs will be charged to the customer. If the order is heavy a courier charge will be added. You will be notified of the courier cost before we despatch the order.
- BSAC reserves the right to alter or amend the specification or price of any item or postage charges without prior notice.
