8th Nov 11 Diver fined for taking porthole off Orkneys wreck
At the end of October this year, a diver was fined £1,400 at Kirkwall Sheriff’s Court for taking a porthole and a metal plate from HMS Albany, a wreck protected under the Protection of Military Remains Act.
