Whether you are a complete beginner, or if you have tried scuba diving on holiday, or even if you have already qualified with another scuba diving organisation ... the Southport Sub Aqua Club has a solution for you.

Beginner?
If you want to start from the beginning then we can help. You can join where you will get the benefit of learning in a club atmosphere at our local pool, and then going diving with other club members as part of their regular club activity. Learn at Southport Scuba Diving, where professional diving instructors will take you through an authorised Scuba diving course, allowing you to gain your BSAC qualification at times convenient to you. Already qualified?
If you already have a scuba diving qualification then our BSAC branch can offer you a regular programme of scuba dives and the opportunity to learn advanced techniques and specialised skills. But the real advantage is in having a group of dive buddies who meet regularly, both for scuba and social events, with whom you can gain further experience. Interested in Snorkelling?
For those looking for simpler pleasures, and for our younger members, we have a complete Snorkelling Programme starting from the Ocean Explorer course and going through to Snorkel Instructor.
